Returns & Exchanges

At Cin Cin, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
